We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic and inclusive Senior Pharmacy Professional to lead our Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation service.You will join us in an innovative role as Deputy Chief Pharmacist 8D, progressing to Chief Pharmacist at the end of a 12 month period. During this time you will participate in a comprehensive experiential development programme with mentoring from our Interim Chief Pharmacist plus external Coaching.Your ability and experience of driving and successfully achieving change and innovation to create opportunities, improvements and service transformation will enable you to provide the leadership and strategic direction required to continue to bring together our Pharmacy team in the delivery of a patient-focused, cost-effective and high-quality service. You will provide clinical and professional leadership to a team of over 300 pharmacy staff, ensuring a progressive and responsive service to internal and external demand.
