You will showcase your time management skills, and multitasking strengths as you monitor, prioritize and process incoming mortgage documents. You will assist with inbound and outbound calls, manage different mailboxes as well as processing and scanning mail as required. As the document expert, you will provide support to our clients and to your peers and identify any urgencies to be elevated to the management team.HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Efficiently multitask and prioritize between multiple client procedures and service level agreements while processing mortgage loan document packages
- Elevate any data and document discrepancies to our clients and management team for resolution in order to avoid transactional delays
- Monitor multiple mailboxes and workflows as well as handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as mail and scanning of documents
- Support the team by providing quick and precise responses based on client requirements and FCT standards
- Seek opportunities to improve customer experience by taking ownership of every file by recognizing trends and identifying areas requiring process improvements
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Strong Customer Service skills with Minimum 6 months customer service-related experience
- Knowledge of various computer systems including Excel, Outlook, word and the ability to learn internal systems
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Thorough, accurate and focused in a high paced environment producing high quality work
- Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information
