Business OverviewThe Client Experience Team provides personalized services to Fidelity Investments Canada ULC clients who meet the criteria of experiencing operational issues or challenges related to the complexity of the business they do with Fidelity.How You’ll Make an Impact:Position OverviewThe Client Experience Specialist is the secondary contact, supporting the Client Experience Managers, for the delivery of exceptional operational service to FIC’s critical clients within the Client Services Division. The Client Experience Specialist supports CEMs in providing an effortless experience while maintaining a compliant environment.Key AccountabilitiesRelationship Management

What We Are Looking For:Experience

The Expertise You Bring:1. Excellent relationship management skills – proven experience in building and managing relationships with customers2. Excellent bilingual (French/English) verbal and written skills3. Excellent knowledge of policy, procedures, all transaction types and product offerings4. Motivated and proactive individual5. Quick learner and ability to adapt to change6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)7. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure8. Ability to work equally well independently and as part of a team9. Strong organizational and product awareness10. Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite, Salesforce, internet and relevant in-house recordkeeping applications as well as AI and CHAT11.
