You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients’ CHR services, ensuring they fully leverage their EMR products. Your deep understanding of client needs, coupled with your ability to implement innovative solutions, will drive exceptional service delivery and improve both patient care and operational efficiency. Your expertise will empower healthcare providers to confidently utilize their EMR systems, transforming the healthcare landscape for the better.What You’ll Do

  • Lead Client Engagements: Act as the main point of contact for our clients, precisely understanding their business needs and clinical goals, with a special focus on supporting our Eastern and Atlantic client base
  • Optimize EMR Utilization: Ensure clients fully leverage their EMR products by implementing best practices and innovative solutions
  • Drive Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service by deeply understanding and addressing client needs, fostering a positive client experience
  • Share Valuable Insights: Gather and share valuable customer insights to inform the continuous improvement of our offerings
  • Innovate and Implement: Develop and implement solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency
  • Empower Healthcare Providers: Provide advanced support to help healthcare providers confidently navigate and utilize EMR systems
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with cross-functional teams to drive our shared vision and achieve outstanding results
