We are a premier Canadian aviation company with an international presence!If you’re looking for an opportunity to join and grow with a dynamic company, you will thrive at Execaire Aviation !SummaryReporting to the Supervisor Customer Services, the Customer Service Representative/Client Service Representative ensured operational requirements are met, as per assigned tasks.ResponsibilitiesThe CSR is responsible for (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for ordering and purchasing all perishable and non-perishable items according to client’s specific requirements, i.e., dishes, linens, wine etc. and ensure that onboard commissary items are regularly verified for quality and expiry dates
• Maintain aircraft orderliness and organization and ensure the cabin presentation and appearance respect the highest standards
• Ensure items to be placed onboard aircraft are in accordance with clients’ requests
• Reconcile relevant credit card charges related to purchase of aircraft supplies
• Maintain revisions on aircraft up to date, i.e., airplane flight manual and quick reference handbook
• Order stationery and office supplies
