Clinical Associate Professor in Medical Education (Gastroenterology/Hepatology) (part-time, 0.8 FTE)

Salary £88,364 to £119,133 per annum, pro rata, commensurate with experience and in line with NHS agenda for change salary scale

We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity for a Clinical Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer/honorary consultant) Post in Medical Education & Gastroenterology/Hepatology jointly funded by UEA’s Norwich Medical School and Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Trust (NNUH). 

You will expand our support for joint undergraduate and postgraduate education and strengthen the clinical-academic base and the collaboration between Norwich Medical School and NNUH. Appointment will be at the Associate Professor (Clinical Senior Lecturer) level. 

You will be expected to develop and lead a programme of support to clinical teaching and teaching development in Gastroenterology (medical and surgical) and be funded on the basis of 4 PAs to support teaching and scholarship and 4 PAs Clinical based at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

This part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available immediately on an indefinite basis. 

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
