Job summaryApplications are invited for a full-time Clinical Research Fellow post in Neurosurgery, commencing in August 2025 for a fixed term of three years. This post is aimed at neurosurgical registrars with an interest in Gamma Knife radiosurgery and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in clinical practice.The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) is internationally recognised for its excellence in clinical care and research in neurosciences. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team at NHNN, Amethyst Radiotherapy, and the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology, offering unparalleled opportunities for research and professional development.Research FocusThis post provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in skull base surgery, Gamma Knife radiosurgery and AI/machine learning applications in neurosurgery. The role is for full-time research dedicated to academic activities, including data collection and analysis, manuscript preparation, grant writing, and collaborative research projects.
