• BSc in an appropriate biological science
• State Registered Clinical Scientist

Desirable criteria

• PhD in Biological Science
• Registered BMS or GT

Knowledge / SkillsEssential criteria

• Knowledge of principles of genomic medicine
• Able to critically analyse and interpret scientific data
• Able to concentrate at all times and work under pressure
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Meticulous
• Computer literate

Desirable criteria

• Knowledge and experience of supervision and management
• Experience of genomic diagnostic analysis and reporting
