Join us as a GenO Cloud Adoption Manager – Germany
This team of Cloud Adoption Managers plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive world-class guidance and support on their journey of Oracle Cloud Adoption.
Career Level – IC1
Responsibilities
What you will do:
You will work directly with enterprise customers helping them realize the value of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Continuously monitor and review the adoption plan with the customer to ensure progress in line with their expectations.
Collaborate closely with various teams within the Oracle Ecosystem, including Technology Engineering, Product Management, Support, Cloud Operations, and Sales Operations.
Remove barriers and delegate / escalate internally when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience and increase cloud adoption, leveraging insights and Best-Practices.
Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.
What you will bring
BA/BS degree (or higher) in any relevant field
Passionate about IT and Technology
Ability to access customer business requirements and definition of success
Strong and creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and to build strong relationships
Flexibility & Out-of-the-Box-Thinking,
Work experience in a customer facing role is a plus.
