Join us as a GenO Cloud Adoption Manager – Germany

This team of Cloud Adoption Managers plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive world-class guidance and support on their journey of Oracle Cloud Adoption.

Career Level – IC1

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• You will work directly with enterprise customers helping them realize the value of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

• Continuously monitor and review the adoption plan with the customer to ensure progress in line with their expectations.

• Collaborate closely with various teams within the Oracle Ecosystem, including Technology Engineering, Product Management, Support, Cloud Operations, and Sales Operations.

• Remove barriers and delegate / escalate internally when necessary to ensure swift resolution.

• Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience and increase cloud adoption, leveraging insights and Best-Practices.

• Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.

What you will bring

• BA/BS degree (or higher) in any relevant field

• Passionate about IT and Technology

• Ability to access customer business requirements and definition of success

• Strong and creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and to build strong relationships

• Flexibility & Out-of-the-Box-Thinking,

• Work experience in a customer facing role is a plus.
