As Commercial AI Strategy Manager, you will develop AI-driven solutions end-to-end: from identifying high-value opportunities and shaping them into concrete initiatives to driving implementation and measurable impact. A major part of your scope will focus on increasing the impact of marketing campaigns by determining the right audience, message, channel and timing for each offer. You will also work on topics such as customer profiling, segmentation and pricing.

You will work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial and impact-focused team with two other AI Strategy Managers and four Data Scientists. Acting as the bridge between business, data and implementation teams, you will work closely with a broad stakeholder network across the company to shape AI opportunities, influence priorities and drive solutions from idea to implementation and measurable impact.

Your mission as a Commercial AI Strategy Manager

• Identify opportunities where AI can help commercial teams create value and translate them into clear use cases, priorities and delivery plans;
• Shape and continuously sharpen the vision & roadmap for Commercial AI to maximize impact;
• Drive analytical projects from concept to implementation and value realisation together with a team of Data Scientists;
• Build stakeholder alignment across business, data and leadership teams;
• Tell a compelling story around AI opportunities, project outcomes and business impact – including towards senior leadership.

Your profile as a Commercial AI Strategy Manager

• Strategic mindset & vision: you can see the bigger picture, define direction and connect AI opportunities to business priorities;
• AI affinity: you understand the art of the possible with AI and can translate business needs into AI use cases. Hands-on data science experience is not required, but a data science background or strong data affinity helps;
• Analytical sharpness: you are curious, structured and able to quickly understand complex business, data and stakeholder challenges;
• Stakeholder management: you can build trust, align different perspectives, influence priorities and challenge stakeholders constructively when needed;
• Storytelling: you can explain complex topics clearly and generate momentum for your ideas;
• Project & time management: you can structure work, manage priorities and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment;
• English: you are fluent in English;
• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Experience in consulting, business transformation or analytical projects is a plus;
• Dutch language knowledge, telecom experience, business casing and coaching experience are additional pluses.
