A prestigious law firm specialising in commercial real estate is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their vibrant team. This firm handles the complete spectrum of commercial real estate services, including buying and selling commercial and mixed-use properties, landlord and tenant transactions, property investment, funding, and property development.Role of the Commercial Property SolicitorThe successful candidate will become a key member of the Commercial Real Estate team, which serves a diverse array of domestic and international clients. These include HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, companies, institutional and private investors, funds and developers, institutional lenders, and private banks. You will provide expert advice to corporations acquiring or expanding their UK headquarters, UK retail chains, and emerging companies entering the real estate market.Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor

• Qualified Solicitor with2+ PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong academic background – minimum 2:1 degree.
• Proven experience in managing various commercial real estate transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant transactions, property investment, funding, and property development.
• Excellent client interaction skills with the ability to offer bespoke and personalised advice.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing a diverse caseload.
