Award-winning law firm is looking to add a stellar Commercial Real Estate Associate lawyer to their team!Desired Background:

• 3-5+ years of experience in real estate including commercial real estate closing costs, transactions, loans, commercial leases, zoning laws, contracts, and commercial real estate taxes
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successful litigation strategy
• Licensed to practice in British Columbia
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
