Description of the Assignment: The purpose of this procurement process is to hire a consultant to UNDOC to to ensure that the project’s work and results are communicated widely, through professional, high-quality products and a coherent communication strategy
Scope of Work
The scope of work entails providing comprehensive communication and visibility support to the project, including the development of strategies, content, and high-quality materials that highlight achievements, ensure donor visibility, and engage stakeholders.
The Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing a communication and visibility strategy, producing social media content, brochures, videos, photos, and other visibility products, as well as drafting scripts and storyboards to document project impact and results. The consultant will also ensure that all outputs are consistent with UNODC and donor communication guidelines.
The role also involves documenting the project’s outcomes through compelling storytelling, preparing visibility packages for events, ensuring the effective dissemination of communication materials, and providing guidance to project staff on best practices in communication and visibility.
Period of assignment/services: 44 Working Days
