GIBSON ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORP
This position develops and executes communications and marketing plans/campaigns to:
- Support Gibson EMC’s strategic plan;
- Educate members and employees on news and issues important to them;
- Grow our positive relationship with members, employees and the public; and
- Grow participation in our Gibson EMC and Gibson Connect programs and services.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified applicants MUST have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, digital media, marketing, or closely related field
- One to two years of communications and marketing work experience
- Strong writing, marketing and digital media knowledge and skills
- Ability to create professional, attractive, and engaging print and digital communications and marketing materials/platforms
- Ability to provide analytic analysis and reports related to Gibson EMC and Gibson Connect websites, apps, and social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
- Strong digital media knowledge and skills
- Strong graphic design, photography, and videography skills
It is PREFERRED that an applicant also have:
- Completed courses in digital communication and digital marketing

– One to two years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite software and WordPress
– Experience in web design
