At Arts & Science, we take pride in our legacy of innovation and discovery that has changed the way we think about the world.Your opportunity:Reporting to the Principal at University College, the Communications Officer is responsible for the implementation of communications, marketing and outreach activities for the College.The Officer produces promotional and outreach materials to the College’s diverse and broad audience of current and prospective students, alumni, friends, donors, faculty and staff and the general public. The Communications Officer maintains the College’s presence on social media platforms using tools (Sprout Social Platform) for deploying content to UC’s social channels. The Communications Officer maintains information on the College’s webpages, digital platforms and promotes internal and outreach events and programs, writes content, speeches, briefing notes, reports and a variety of marketing and communications vehicles.Your responsibilities will include:

USW Pay Band 11 — $73,748 with an annual step progression to a maximum of $94,310. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
