With ResQ, restaurants can simply get connected to qualified service providers, submit jobs, track progress, and pay, all in one place.We are trusted by the world’s leading restaurant brands and are venture-backed by top-tier global VCs – and we are just getting π started!Hello π Future ResQer!ResQ is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our Finance team and help us take ResQ to the next level π.As a Compliance Analyst joining ResQ, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance throughout the business. This role involves analyzing client group structures to ensure compliance with LLC regulations, monitoring credit limits, and conducting ongoing assessments to support a seamless onboarding experience. : Conduct thorough checks during the onboarding process to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and validated.Record Management ποΈ: Maintain and organize records of onboarding documentation, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and easily retrievable.Group Structure Analysis π§: Verify legal set-up of clients during onboarding to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Credit Limit Monitoring π²: Analyze and monitor credit limits for new and existing clients, ensuring they align with company policies and risk management strategies.Compliance Assessment βοΈ: Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in onboarding and compliance, implementing necessary adjustments to processes, and managing legal ramifications of collections.Accounts Receivableπ° : Monitoring accounts receivable and identifying overdue accounts. Contacting customers to facilitate payments in a timely manner.Collaboration π¬: Work closely with sales, customer success, and our customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any compliance-related issues.Who You Are:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in compliance, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to onboarding and credit assessment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience handling accounts receivableStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Nice To Haves:Experience working in a credits and/or compliance environmentHow you will do it:A self-starter: You wake up, form a plan, and get going!Practice Extreme Ownership – including exhibiting a bias for action, a deep desire to understand all parts of our business, including our customers, and partners; taking risks, adapting and learning till you succeed; a mindset to persevere!Be open to feedback; listen, learn, and iterate. We will take you through a case study to better understand your skills. We will also leave time to give feedback and ask some more questions.Stage 5οΈβ£: This is the final stage in the process where you will meet our CEO, KJ. This stage will be more of an introductory call and less focused on your in depth skills and knowledge. KJ will share with you more about ResQ’s vision and mission.
