The Cairngorms National Park Authority is recruiting a 6-month Conservation Grazing Coordinator post to provide hands-on experience of woodland grazing and help develop practical approaches to grazing in forests that deliver benefits for both farming and nature. Whether you are an established farmer, crofter or grazier, or a new entrant to the sector, this role offers the chance to support a rapidly expanding woodland grazing programme, improve woodland condition, broaden your experience of nature-friendly farming and help develop new opportunities for more sustainable, resilient and profitable farm businesses. You will be part of a wider effort to build the skills, confidence and capacity needed to expand woodland grazing across the National Park and create a thriving, farmer-led woodland grazing sector.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Conservation Grazing Coordinator to join the Park Authority and support nature restoration and species recovery across the Cairngorms National Park.
