The team act for a range of clients, including: private property companies, entrepreneurs, funds, charities, institutions, banks, international investors and high net worth individuals and therefore they enjoy an extremely varied and rewarding range of work.Day to day matters will typically include:

• Advising employers on the terms of building contracts, professional appointments and security documentation
• Assisting the Property team in relation to the construction aspects of sale/purchase contracts and development agreements.
• Assisting the Banking team in relation to the construction aspects of lending and security documents
• Advising a number of contractors and construction industry professionals on the terms of contracts, professional appointments and security documents.

The successful candidate is likely to be a team-player who is looking to join a friendly group, where they can get stuck in to the work, as well as BD initiatives, helping to further develop and promote this practice.
