Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Project Manager for Residential Renovations. Our client, based in Red Deer, is expanding to Calgary, and looking for a long-term employee.DescriptionThe Role:
- Overseeing and managing residential renovation projects from pre-production through completion
- Working closely with Sales, Estimator and Designer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Managing job site, clients and sub-trades
- Final job inspections and occasional service work if required
- Maintaining profitability while ensuring all projects are done on time and within budget
If you have a solid background in managing residential construction and renovation projects, this could be the ideal position for you! Salary range – $65k – $80k based on experience.Required SkillsTo be considered for this role, you will have:
- A minimum 3-5 years’ related experience
- Proven success in managing extensive residential renovation projects
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer software
- The ability to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract and pass a Criminal Background Check
