Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Project Manager for Residential Renovations. Our client, based in Red Deer, is expanding to Calgary, and looking for a long-term employee.DescriptionThe Role:

• Overseeing and managing residential renovation projects from pre-production through completion
• Working closely with Sales, Estimator and Designer to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Managing job site, clients and sub-trades
• Final job inspections and occasional service work if required
• Maintaining profitability while ensuring all projects are done on time and within budget

If you have a solid background in managing residential construction and renovation projects, this could be the ideal position for you! Salary range – $65k – $80k based on experience.Required SkillsTo be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum 3-5 years’ related experience
• Proven success in managing extensive residential renovation projects
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer software
• The ability to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract and pass a Criminal Background Check
