Compensation Range: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00/per year plus opportunity for bonusAutoCanada is NOW HIRING an experienced Construction Project Manager to work with our Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Team helping to oversee the planning, development, and execution of dealership construction projects. From initial inception and RFP, through project completion, you will be the main facilitator behind-the-scenes who makes magic happen and breathes life into our growth and improvement initiatives for many AutoCanada facilities operating across the country. They will collaborate with stakeholders, including AutoCanada, OEMs, architects, contractors, and consultants, to define project scope and specifications. Key duties include budget preparation and tracking, coordinating construction activities, and conducting site visits to ensure compliance with designs and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing project schedules, resolving construction issues, and maintaining effective communication across teams, while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. A background in construction management, project leadership, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this position.What drives your day-to-day?
