London – £150,000 – £225,000 An international law firm is seeking a Construction Associate to join their London-based Construction and Projects team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a technically adept and engaging individual to work on a broad range of transactions within the construction sector, including real estate developments, infrastructure assets, energy projects, and public-private partnerships. The team is renowned for advising on high-profile, complex projects that present unique challenges.The Construction and Projects team provides predominantly non-contentious advice on both UK and international projects. They are well-regarded for delivering industry-leading advice on sophisticated projects and boast strong rankings in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. The focus is on high-value, intricate transactions, emphasizing quality over quantity and ensuring an intellectually stimulating work environment.

  • Provide legal and commercial advice on a diverse range of construction matters.
  • Draft and review construction-related documentation.
  • Foster professional relationships with clients.
  • Support the team in business development initiatives and raising the firm’s profile.
  • Manage and supervise the work of junior associates and trainees.
  • Assist senior team members in their legal tasks.
