Due to organic growth within our Built Environment Division, we are currently seeking to appoint a highly experienced, senior construction recruitment professional to join our team and further develop your career and our well-established relationships in this thriving sector.The RoleThe Senior Recruitment Consultant role in VANRATH involves relationship building at the management/board level whilst also working with Hiring Managers and candidates in middle management across a wide range of clients. You will work in a supportive and collaborative setting, working alongside some of the longest-established and most successful recruitment professionals in the country and supported by the best recruitment resources available, allowing you to maximise your potential and earnings as the market leader in your sector.Typical Duties for a senior consultant include:– Building relationships with clients & candidates via phone calls and face to face meetings to gain a sound understanding of their business, recruitment requirements and culture– Networking, interviewing (both applicants and active/passive candidates, some with long-standing relationships with VANRATH), sourcing and screening candidates– Registering/advertising vacancies and managing the full, end-to-end hiring process with multiple warm clients and developing new businessThe Ideal Candidate

• Recruitment experience (min. 3 years in an end-to-end recruitment post) – ideally you will be a high performer in an agency and keen to maximise your return from this whilst working alongside the best consultants in the industry
• A strong academic profile with ambition, high gravitas and the confidence to engage with senior professionals and develop into a key member of the VANRATH team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high work ethic and drive, with motivation to work autonomously whilst looking after the business goals of a team
