Consultant: Graphic Design & Animation Production

The National NGO Program on Humanitarian Leadership (NNPHL) is seeking a skilled visual
communications professional to support the production of the revitalized NNPHL Online
Course and website (nnphl.org).
About NNPHL: The National NGO Program on Humanitarian Leadership (NNPHL) is a highly
regarded training program that offers learning on humanitarian leadership, management
practices, and topical issues critical to advancing the collective effectiveness of humanitarian
action to better serve those impacted by crisis. Funded by the US Agency for International
Development Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), NNPHL is implemented through a
consortium—Concern Worldwide, the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative and International
Medical Corps—that brings together a unique combination of operational, academic, and
technical expertise with a deep understanding of the humanitarian coordination system and
steadfast commitment to investing in humanitarian leadership.
Scope of Work:
The Graphic Design & Animation Production consultant will provide graphic
design support to the NNPHL program in the development of 15 animated videos using the
production software Powtoon.
With guidance and oversight from Concern Worldwide, the Consultant will be responsible for:
• Developing an updated NNPHL brand color palette that can be used in the Online
Course videos.
• Design an updated NNPHL Online Course video template using the Powtoon software.
• Designing and producing 15 animated e-learning videos using the Powtoon software.
Key Deliverables:
• Produce 15 animated videos across 4 units for the NNPHL Online Course.
This consultancy and all deliverables must be completed by August 6, 2024.
Qualifications
• The consultant will be a visual communications professional with prior graphic design
and video production experience.
• They will have content interpretation experience.
• They will have experience with the development of training materials including for
virtual training.
• They will be familiar with the Powtoon visual animation software.
