The purpose of this assignment is to strategically redesign and tailor the existing Child Rights for Business (CRB) training content to resonate with philanthropists, ensuring it reflects their motivations and insights. This will involve engaging with past participants from similar audiences to incorporate their inspirations into the training design. The content will not only undergo a visual overhaul but will also be contextualized to align with the current global landscape and UNICEF’s mission, emphasizing the urgent need to address child rights. Additionally, the training will be condensed from a 3-day format into a 1-day session, including 3-5 actionable calls to engage participants effectively.
