Our team members have what they need to make a meaningful impact and are truly valued for who they are and what they contribute.To learn more about CIBC, please visitWhat you’ll be doingThe Legal Operations, Consultant will report into the Senior Director, External Global Legal Services and assist the Senior Manager, Legal Operations in managing and maintaining oversight of CIBC’s panel law firms and legal Third Party Vendors in order to comply with internal compliance and external regulatory requirements. Utilizing a strong skill set in financial reporting, project management and a broad based knowledge of third party governance, data and records management you will play a critical role in supporting Legal’s global responsibility for how external legal services are delivered, managed and sourced.You will be focused on risk and compliance management and assist the Senior Manager with the oversight, tracking and reporting of Global Approved Counsel, Bank USA Special Counsel and TPVs, globally.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
