Role: Project LeadLocation: London, EnglandWork Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)Job Type: PermanentMy client, who is one of the innovative management consulting firms that empowers businesses of all sizes to achieve their highest potential by leading consulting professionals, is looking for a ‘Project Lead. This is a Perm position with a hybrid working model.Responsibilities:

• Manage Projects: Oversee projects and lead a team.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain client relationships.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Presentations: Lead workshops and present insights.
• Support & Analysis: Provide operational support and structured analysis.

Essential Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years in business management, top consulting, or a similar role.
• Education: Master’s degree from a top university; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus. A technical background is helpful.
• Additional: PhD or academic experience is a bonus.
