An exciting Media agency in London is looking for a Social Insight Analyst.

The JobAs the Social Insight Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the evaluation and reporting for social and influencer campaigns, ensuring that strategic objectives are identified and KPIs are set from the outset.
  • Extract and organize both organic and paid data to provide top-notch analytics and insights across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Synthesize social and digital data findings to develop strategic recommendations in collaboration with digital strategists.
  • Contribute to and enhance our measurement and evaluation frameworks, staying current with the latest trends in measurement, industry, and platforms.
  • Lead social listening efforts, handling ad hoc reporting requests and providing regular updates to internal teams and clients as needed (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

You

  • Understanding of marketing and communications strategies and how to measure their effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in reporting on campaign performance.
  • Proficient in using social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Linkfluence, or Meltwater.
  • Familiarity with data analytics or BI tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Keen interest in the media landscape and its connection with popular culture.
  • University degree with a solid academic record, ideally in a numerical field.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights clearly.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and solve problems effectively.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, social media, or digital roles
