- Are designated with 5+ years of post designation experience
- Have experience with full cycle accounting and have been responsible for the monthly close process
- Are comfortable with internal controls, financial reporting and financial systems
- Have experience with multi-location, multi-business unit environments
- Are analytical and can provide strategic analysis on results for operational decision making
- Are a collaborative leader and take pride in your teams success
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Are comfortable with using multiple interfaces and technology with advanced Excel skills
