McCarthy Tétrault employees benefit from a hybrid work environment.As a Coordinator, Digital Marketing Operations, you will be:Email Marketing & Automation
- Assisting Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Events team on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) campaigns, ensuring timely and quality execution.
- Assisting in promoting the user experience across various client touchpoints to create a distinctive and relevant customer journey.
- Supporting the Events team on marketing asset creation, managing eVites Tracker and conducting tests through the peer review process.
- Assisting in updating and maintaining templates including email templates, forms, and landing pages.
- Building and managing segmentation lists based on complex parameters.
- Supporting PR Education Team on executing post-event communications.
- Working with Design Team to ensure Content Management System (CMS) is up-to-date.
- Helping CRM team on troubleshooting for Pardot automation or user errors.
Campaigns & Reports
- Assisting CRM team on gathering requirements and building campaigns.
- Assisting in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
- Generating ad hoc Pardot or Salesforce reports to analyze results and drive engagement.
Data Management
- Investigating and actioning undeliverable on marketing campaigns.
- Supporting CRM Specialist on data cleanup projects and tasks on Salesforce and Pardot.
- Practicing database hygiene and ensuring data integrity in all marketing automation platform activities.
Training and Support
- Assisting the CRM team in developing standard operating procedure documents and keeping all contents up-to-date.
- Serving as the first line of support for Pardot-related questions and escalating the requests to Digital Marketing Specialist as required.
As our ideal candidate, you will distinguish yourself by the following profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Pardot.
- Experience with mapping and implementing end-to-end-marketing campaigns.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing technology and systems.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce.
- Ability to complete designated tasks in a systematic and logical way, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and deliver results with challenging deadlines.
- Professional maturity, including strong interpersonal skills, tact and discretion.
- A good understanding of law firm business processes and client relationships.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Bilingual (English-French) skills would be an asset, but is not required.
- Ability to share knowledge with a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot user issues.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Self-motivated, with the flexibility to work effectively as part of a team or autonomously.
