Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate pre-sales and post-sales service operations

• Manage shared email inbox and promptly respond to queries

• Answer questions regarding service contracts

• Generate invoices for billable customers considering time, materials, and rental deals

• Be the cornerstone for Insightful Data Analytics

• Prepare and present return on investment reports to sales team

• Understand and learn logistic operations

• Make informed decisions by exercising judgement based on prior experiences

  Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Process Management or equivalent field

• Comprehensive understanding of customer service processes, procedures, and systems

• Proficient in the use of professional expertise to accomplish task

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
