Join CARE Afghanistan as a Proposal Development and Donor Reporting Coordinator!
Are you passionate about making a difference in humanitarian and development work? Do you have the skills to manage proposals, grants, and reporting processes? CARE Afghanistan is looking for a dedicated Proposal Development and Donor Reporting Coordinator to lead our efforts in securing funding and ensuring high-quality program management.
In this role, you will manage all internal and external reporting, optimize grant and program management processes, and coordinate high-quality proposal writing and submissions. You will also identify funding opportunities, strengthen internal systems, and ensure strategic response quality. Reporting to the Deputy Country Director – Programs, you will collaborate closely with the Program Advisor, technical leads, and other relevant teams to make a meaningful impact.
