As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced executive to join our team as the Vice President of Human Resources.The Role:As a Corporate HR Manager at Nature’s Touch, you will be a key strategic contributor, responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business goals. This position reports directly to the VP of HR and requires a proactive, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and can operate both strategically and tactically.You will partner closely with corporate leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies and programs that foster employee engagement, high performance, and a positive workplace culture. You’ll bring a deep understanding of HR best practices along with strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to corporate department leaders (Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Innovation, Food Safety, IT, Sales), supporting initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead or support the development of corporate HR initiatives in areas such as talent management, training and development, and policy development.
  • Provide coaching and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance challenges.
  • Support and guide leaders through change management, employee engagement efforts, and team development.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business priorities and enhance employee experience.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across jurisdictions where the corporate team operates.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for corporate employees across North America, providing timely support and resolving inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure alignment and consistency across sites and departments.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in an HR Manager role.
  • Proven ability to operate in an autonomous HR capacity is a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices; knowledge of U.S. regulations is a plus.
  • Track record of building trust and credibility with leaders and employees across all levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Fluency in English and French required; proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work model (3 days/week onsite)
