As a Cover Supervisor in Birmingham, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of teachers. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising classes, managing student behavior, and ensuring a positive learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors to showcase their skills and contribute to the academic success of students in Birmingham.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences in various schools across Birmingham.
• Ensure a productive learning environment by following lesson plans and maintaining classroom discipline.
• Support students in their learning activities and address any queries they may have.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to provide continuity in education.
• Report back to the school’s teaching staff on any issues or achievements observed during cover sessions.
