Cover Supervisor – Full Time Position in CroydonSalary: £100 – £160Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a confident, flexible, and highly organised individual to join our dedicated team of Cover Supervisors. In this full-time role, you will provide short-term lesson and registration cover for class teachers in years 7-11, assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks throughout the school, and support with break and lunchtime supervision when required.This term-time-only position is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to gain experience in a school environment, working closely with both teaching and administrative staff. The role is perfect for someone with a natural enthusiasm and ability to engage with young people. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm, confident, resilient, and empathetic in a busy school environment.Previous experience is not essential, as full induction and training will be provided. However, an understanding of working with children and knowledge of safeguarding policies is desirable.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cover for class teachers across years 7-11 for short-term lessons and registration
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required
• Supervise students during break and lunch times
• Ensure students are engaged and supported throughout lessons
• Work closely with both teaching and administrative teams

• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in your approach to work
• Passion for working with children and supporting their academic growth
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies is an advantage
