They are seeking a skilled and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team starting in September. This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic educational environment and contribute to the academic success of students.Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-set lessons: Effectively manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Supervising student work: Guide and support students in completing tasks and assignments according to lesson plans.
• Managing student behavior: Implement the school’s behavior management policies and ensure a productive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Communicating effectively: Liaise with teaching staff regarding lesson progress and any student concerns.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required): A degree in any subject is an asset, but not essential.
• Experience working with young people: Prior experience in a school, tutoring, or youth-related setting is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
