For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or Canada.About the opportunityThe Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing Dayforce’s organizational culture strategic initiatives, aligning integration activities across all talent and learning workstreams, and assisting the Global Head of Culture and Belonging in the planning and execution of corporate initiatives, processes, and programs.What you’ll get to do

  • Maintain accounting of all project work running through the team and align interdependencies with other COEs, partners, functions, and stakeholders; manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures for the Talent Management COE
  • Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate, when required.
  • Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with HRBPs, HRIS, functional learning teams, Communications team, and other internal partners, as well as external vendors.
  • Analyze and improve all talent management processes, and make recommendations to improve quality, productivity, and/or efficiency.
  • In conjunction with Global Head of Culture and Belonging, plan, execute and provide reporting and analytics for all large-scale reoccurring processes.
  • Maintain Global Culture and Belonging eLearning and presentations; partner with all COEs to deliver global and country-specific Culture and Belonging content.
  • Manage quarterly audits of DEI training and completions.
  • Gather and present feedback from employee engagement and belonging surveys and make recommendations for improving and streamlining a meaningful internal process that fosters equity and inclusion.
  • Develop content and facilitate on-demand training sessions.

Skills and experience we value

  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and or comparable facilitation experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple technologies, systems, and platforms.
  • Proven ability to establish positive working relationships and collaborate/consult with cross-functional teams or colleagues of all levels, including external vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
