The role:

• Collaborate with the Culture team to innovate and implement people-focused initiatives.
• Review and enhance processes such as feedback systems, onboarding, and recruitment.
• Conduct culture-focused surveys and statistical analysis to drive cultural insights.
• Support recruitment through psychometric testing, interviews, and onboarding.

About you:

• Completed or nearing completion of a Masters or PhD in a people-related field (e.g., Psychology/Social Sciences).
• Analytical thinker who questions assumptions and collects data for evidence-based decisions.
• Motivated by dynamic, high-growth tech environments.
• Enthusiastic about nurturing a vibrant, collaborative culture and delivering impactful results.

The package:

• Circa £40,000

This role is fully office based and will only suit candidates in the Greater Manchester and Cheshire areas.
