Requirements and Nature of Work:

Organization and planning of the Orientation Week activities for the Institute of the Environment. 

Tasks include, but are not limited to: 

  • Organizing discussion panels and contacting panelists
  • Room bookings
  • Preparing/reviewing orientation documents
  • Organizing hikes and transportation
  • Organizing Introduction meetings with IE professors
  • Planning a Happy Hour
  • Other pertinent tasks related to this event.

Minimum Requirements:

  • PhD student enrolled in the Environmental Sustainability program.
  • Must have great organization skills and be able to work autonomously.
