we’ll be successful in achieving our mission when everyone feels welcome, included and valued –
out on their bikes and in our team. If you think you’d be a good fit for this role, then we’d
love you to apply for it and consider coming to work with us to get the world riding and

Love to Ride

Love to Ride is an online platform and established global programme that gets more people
cycling. Using a wide range of communication channels and engagement techniques, we make it
easy and fun to encourage friends, family and colleagues to ride.

We support people new to riding and encourage people who already ride to ride more often and to
work, switching from car to bike wherever possible.

By understanding existing behaviours, cycling frequency, real and perceived barriers and
specific motivators, we can boost positive behavioural change by providing targeted
information, support, incentives, rewards and encouragement.

We partner with cities, businesses, advocacy groups, transport authorities, sector stakeholders
and other organisations around the world to provide the Love to Ride platform and to deliver
and report on the success of our local and global programmes that are designed to encourage and
grow cycling.
