Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Administrative Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating shipments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales/Group Order: Accurately enter and/or checking customer orders in the system, verify order details, and ensure timely processing.
Data Entry: Inputting production information
Shipping Coordination: Client and Carrier Coordination on shipments and helping resolve any shipping issues.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information on order status, product availability, and shipping details.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.
Day to Day:
1) Following up with Sales Group Orders
2) Working with BOL’s and updating carrier/client discussions on shipping
3) Data Entry and Customer Service on Accounts
4) Tracking Material Information in accounts.
5) Able to branch into other areas of the business.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in order entry, shipping, administrative or customer service roles.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
