CUSTOMER CARE ADMINISTRATOR PSD ready to lead and support 

What exactly will be your role?

  • The mission of the Customer Care Administrator as a part of PSD (Parts & Service dpt.n) Serbia Sub region is to handle the order to invoice process to Customers and Distributors in a pro-active way in order to ensure excellent customer service .
  • Ensure quality Customer Care back–up support for our Distributors & Customers in YUG CC and Customer satisfaction development.
  • Coordinate PSD warehouse operations (inbound / outbound for external / internal customers) and actively work on inventory optimization for further improve on service delivery.
  • Interact with members of the PSD Team, Supply chain Team, employees and Distributors in Serbia and Montenegro, in a constructive and unselfish way to achieve maximum synergies and overall results for Epiroc PSD YUG Customer Centre.
  • Support the Epiroc´s vision “Dare to Think New” in aiming to be and remain Customer´s first choice by nurturing a Customer Value and a Customer – Care driven culture to position Epiroc as a leading global productivity partner.
  • Order to invoice process for PSD dpt. in cooperation with SCX ( Supply chain) dpt. Central Europe
  • Prepare quates to Customers & Distributors and internal stakeholders
  • Enter Manual orders for (local+ indent deals) & invoice them
  • Administrate Parts Master Data in SAP (material creation of global and local items)
  • Monitor of inventory aging in cooperation with Business Control
  • Prepare scrapping list from CC Inventory
  • Administer spare parts Price list in Power BI
  • Follow-up on PSD receivables in cooperation with Credit Control
  • Customer Relation and support functions to Service Sales and Management Team 
  • Collaborate with Sales department on the implementation of initiatives aimed at improve Customer experience
  • Track customer satisfaction feedback and coordinate of necessary support via Customer Centre or Distributors 
  • Closely co-operate with Service Team, Customer Care dpt. colleagues, Business & Credit Controller
