Here’s What Makes You an Ideal Customer Care Candidate:

  • 1 or more years’ recent experience, with a “good chunk” of work history (held a job for a good period of time).
  • Skilled in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); good typing/data entry skills.
  • EXCELLENT TELEPHONE SKILLS; STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS – written & verbal
  • Able to talk to customers while also accurately and efficiently entering data into a web-based system
  • Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
  • Strong organizational skills & able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • IDEAL CANDIDATE is professional in appearance and attitude – whether a professional office setting, or a blue-jeans office environment (we fill jobs with companies in both workplaces)
  • Dependable & punctual
  • Background check required; drug-free workplace
