We’re looking for Customer Care Officer who loves solving problems and creating long term customer relationships. In this role, you are responsible to process incoming calls and enquiries from customer with related to financial applications. You’ll love this role if you get your kicks by helping others.

Make an Impact by:

• Assist in handling queries from customer related to mCash/mWallet/mRemittance.
• Perform checks and validation of unsuccessful remittance reported by customers.
• Act as the direct liaison between customer and the beneficiary provider on the remittance.
• Follow up and resolving customer complaint and problem and ensure it’s close to satisfaction.
• To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaint to other stakeholder or next level, within the agreed procedure.
• To respond positively and openly to feedbacks from team leaders & colleagues, and put into practice with a determination to improve.

Skills for Success: 

• At least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in contact centre.
• Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Understands the importance of meeting customers’ need as a top priority.
• An effective team player with ability to interact with team to achieve goals & service excellence.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure.
• Flexible to changes in work schedule.
• Good knowledge in computer literacy (MS Office).
• Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.
