Dow has a great opportunity to lead ourPerformance Monomersportfolio as aCustomer Managerfor Mexico. Responsible for annual revenue of $55MM and customer experience for medium to large-sized customers, we look for an inclusive professional with a high degree of collaboration, communication and cooperation. In a competitive market, the ideal candidate should have a commercial mindset, focus on customer experience and relationship, while maintaining a high-level of coordination with product and asset management.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Lead and coordinate the relationship with customer.

• Develop and execute sales plan to deliver volume and margin established by the business.

• Collect market information that allows us to define the growth strategy and plan month by month

• Execute negotiations and apply price changes based on raw material, supply and market modifications.

• Collaborate with other stakeholder functions to improve the experience of our clients. (CX index result).

• Use of internal commercial tools to improve response times to our internal and external clients. (CRM, DSR, Smart Pricing)

• Deliver growth in volume and margin for the business according to the annual sales plan.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, advanced in English, fluent Spanish, strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum five years’ experience in technical/sales/commercial related positions.
