Customer Sales & Service Representative in Kingsford, Michigan

Job Title: Customer Sales & Service Representative-THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Location: Kingsford, MI

Pay: $17.00 – $17.50 per Hour (Can go up to $21 when hired on permanently)

What’s the Job?

• Customer service role- taking calls from customers, making sales and occasionally going into the warehouse to assist in picking small orders. This team truly works as a team and everyone is expected to help out!

• Provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

• Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns.

• Sourcing parts.

• Assist in generating sales.

• Help in the stockroom as needed.

What’s Needed?

• Temp to perm opportunity and once hired on, opportunity to make commission! $17/17.50 per hour and can go up to $21 once hired on. Good benefits as well.

• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

• Full time, temp to permanent for the right person.

• 6+ months customer service or inside sales experience.

• Attention to detail.

• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.

• Basic computer/Microsoft Excel skills preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (MVR).
