As a member of the Community of Experts, you will belong to a collaborative and inclusive team providing solutions to a broad customer base.
As an Expert you will gain universal skills to cover knowledge on all Optus products. Enabling you to provide personalised solutions for our customers – sales of our products and customer service to resolve customer enquiries to resolution. By using a mixture of communication mediums, you’ll be comfortable in dealing with varied customer queries, delivering outstanding customer experiences through taking ownership and following up.
This role is 100% site bound at our new Melbourne CBD office located adjacent to Southern Cross train station, nestled amongst a wide range of cafes, restaurants, and essential services. Our office has all modern facilities, cutting-edge technology, and plenty of areas to collaborate, take a break & recharge.
