Customer Service and Sales Representative $14-$17/hr. DOE

40 hour work week, day shift, Mon-Fri, or Mon-Wed and Fri

A local retailer that specializes in appliance sales in the Sheldon, IA area is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Rep to join their growing team. This Customer Service and Sales Rep works both on a team and independently to provide customer service and excellent communication to customers and the team. The Customer Service and Sales Rep will work for an established retailer with great benefits once hired on!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, greet all customers that enter the store, complete customer transactions.

• Answer phones and make outbound sales calls to customers.

• Assist with processing and replenishing mechandise.

• Work with Managers, Service Techs, and Install Techs to schedule deilveries.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong phone, computer, and keyboarding skills.

• Make a professional impression using effective verbal and written communication.

• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

• Exude confidence and comfort in interacting with customers and associates.

Benefits & Pay for the Customer Service and Sales Rep:

• $14-$17/hr. DOE

• Paid every Friday
