About the Role
We are on the hunt for go-getters with a passion for going above and beyond and all things’ customer service.
We are completely changing the way we service our customer and are seeking outstanding sales professionals to join our journey!
Working in a team of Retail Consultants, you will be an individual who loves to interact with customers, enjoys finding out about your customers technical challenges and you enjoy providing solutions for home, mobile and entertainment products.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets energise you and will enable you to take advantage of the Optus Perks.
Additionally, you identify with the following:
- Proven customer service experience preferably within a retail setting
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, any secondary language such as Mandarin is an advantage
- Demonstrated proven ability to exercise initiative and apply critical thinking to solve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and customer service key performance indicators
- Ability to work rotating shifts and flexibility to work in various store locations
