Responsibilities
-Assisting customer service reps, inside sales reps, for any client inquiries
-Coordinate with the purchasing department, transportation, warehouse,orders
-Invoicing, quotes, inventory, creating contracts
-Prepare documents for shipping (label/pallet label,etc)
-You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to
meet the needs of the business.
– Informs customers of any changes that may affect their accounts and/or orders

  • Work closely with other team members and other business departments to provide sales service

– Answering incoming calls
– Generating quotes
– Sourcing product
– Website sales support
– Providing product information (some technical)
– Setting up new accounts
– Handling complaints
– Makes sure to follow the performance indicators put in place for the customer experience
– Processing returns and credits
– Counter sales/shipping/receiving in applicable Branches
– Understand, Support and Implement ISO 9001:2015 StandardsQualifications
-French / English Bilingualism required in Montreal location only
-Experience in coordination and customer service
– Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word and some Excel).
– Excellent problem solving abilities.
– Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette.
– Hardworking with strong dedication and company loyalty as well as punctuality are a must;
– Great attention to detail;
